Who you are dealing with
TenderAtlas is run by Rooplex Ltd, company number 16986386, registered at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. Using this site means accepting what is on this page. If you do not, please do not use it.
Reading a notice is free, here and everywhere else
Every contract notice on this site is published by a public buyer and is free for anyone to read. You can read them here at no cost, and you can read them free of charge at Find a Tender and Contracts Finder. Every notice page links to the original. Nobody has to pay us to see a public notice, and we will never ask you to.
What you can pay for is being told first, being told only about the ones that suit you, and the work we do on top — plain-English summaries, who won last time, and when their contract runs out.
We cannot promise every notice
We collect from Find a Tender and Contracts Finder. Some public work is advertised elsewhere, some notices are published late or changed after publication, and some are missing information the buyer chose not to publish — around one in five open notices does not give a closing date at all, and around one in three does not give a value.
We show you what the buyer published and we tell you where it came from and when we last checked. We cannot promise that everything relevant to you is here, and you should not treat this site as the only place you look.
Deadlines are yours to meet
We show closing dates as the buyer published them, and we send the alerts you ask for. We build this so it never causes you to miss something — but the deadline is between you and the buyer, and you submit through their own system, not through us. We are not liable if you miss one.
What the summaries are, and are not
Summaries, categories, fit scores and requirement checklists are produced automatically to help you decide quickly what is worth reading in full. They are a shortcut, not advice, and they are sometimes wrong. Before you commit time or money to a bid, read the notice and the buyer’s own documents. Nothing here is legal or procurement advice.
If you spot something wrong, tell us at support@rooplex.co.uk and we will fix it.
Using the site fairly
You may search, read and save as much as you like. Please do not scrape the site wholesale, try to get round the limits of your plan, or resell the data as your own product. The underlying notices are public — you are welcome to collect them from the source as we do.
Accounts and payment
You are responsible for what happens under your account. Paid plans are billed in advance by card through Stripe; your card details go to Stripe and never reach us. You can cancel whenever you like and keep your plan until the end of the period you have paid for. If something has gone wrong, email us — we would rather sort it out than argue about it.
Where the data comes from
Notice data is public sector information licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0. Company information comes from the public Companies House register. Everything we add on top — summaries, scores, categories and the site itself — belongs to Rooplex Ltd.
Liability
We do our best to keep this accurate and available, but we provide it as it is. We are not liable for business you did not win, work you did not find, or decisions you made on the strength of something here. Nothing on this page limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes and law
We may change these terms. If a change matters to you, the date at the top will tell you something has moved. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
